ABOUT BILL WHITLATCH
Bill is the founder of NAI The Whitlatch Group (formerly called Whitlatch Realty) since 1982. He presently serves as both a commercial real estate broker and developer. Serving over thirty-eight years as Owner/Broker of Commercial Real Estate Office (5 associates: 4 commercial & I residential & hard money loans).

Bill has earned the certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification. This certification represents the commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement.
Beforehand, Bill served four-years in the Law Enforcement in Huntington Beach & Visalia, CA. Thereafter, he spent a total of thirteen years in sales: Owner: Water-Flow Products, Inc. in Visalia, CA, he developed/sold retail irrigation to farmers and contractors, designed/installed turf and farm irrigation systems, and traveled as an Outside salesperson for Gifford-Hill & Co. in Northern California and Nevada selling PVC and aluminum piping consisting two primary markets: agriculture and turf irrigation contractors.

Since 1978, Mr. Whitlatch remains to bring to the table a background as a general engineering contractor (CSLB License #366423) and developer. Specializing in real estate sales and leasing for industrial and commercial properties; commercial property management; and land development. Bill has developed a number of notable high-end subdivisions in West and Northwest Visalia.

In addition, Bill is currently a receivership specialist. Both Tulare and Fresno Counties have appointed him as a Court Receiver in real estate disputes. He also serves as a Referee and Trustee, as needed.

Bill serves as a Tulare County Planning Commissioner for over 24 years, and is an Alternate Member for District 3 for the Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG).

EDUCATION
Bill is a Graduate of Realtor Institute of California, RE (real estate) Masters Designation, California State University at Fullerton, California (1969 to 1971). Earlier, a graduate at Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa, California, (1967 to 1969) with an Associate Arts Degree.

PERSONAL HOBBIES
Married 53 plus years to my wife, Clare. Have three children and ten grandchildren. Clare and I are also business partners. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, gardening, handgun target shooting, collecting vintage cars and reading.
