Industry professionals will address the “when, why and how” of agricultural receiverships — when a receivership is appropriate, how to find receivers and counsel to pursue receiver appointment, receivers’ exercise of duties as officers of the court and what a receiver can and can’t do during the course of a receivership. The program also will cover what happens when a debtor in receivership files bankruptcy. A can’t-miss program for anyone interested in agricultural receiverships!
