Young Professional Council Update
The California Receiver’s Forum has formed a Young
Professional’s Council. Each of the fourteen founding members are young
men and women of sterling reputation and experience in receivership law.
The founders come from various backgrounds and experience, and are
representative of the diverse groups of practitioners that the CRF hopes
to attract. The YPC has been vested with responsibility for recruiting
future CRF members, and will host social and professional events catering
to young attorneys, receivers, real estate professionals, and accountants
who are expected to form the foundation for the future membership of the
CRF. A small board has been elected to spearhead these activities, which
will include on-campus recruitment and other social events, and
educational programs.
