Rick Arbuckle serves as Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager – Specialty Deposit Services (SDS) for East West Bank. Rick has over 26 years of experience creating, developing and providing specialized banking services/support to professional fiduciaries. Together with East West Bank, Rick delivers depository banking and cash management services to professional fiduciaries across the country.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining East West Bank in 2015, Rick spent 25 years building specialty banking products to improve flexibility, liquidity and maximum return to professional fiduciaries and the estates they manage. Rick has developed electronic banking platforms specific to trustees, receivers and bankruptcy courts. He has also developed in-house collateralization programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Rick began his banking career in the Treasury management group at Bank of New York Mellon. He also spent 18 years building and managing the Bank of America Specialty Deposit team. Rick enjoys working to craft and develop solutions to meet the unique needs of the professional fiduciary.
