Victor Owens comes with over 30 years of professional financial banking services. He provides strategic vision and leadership management to the Specialty Deposit Services Group. He is the Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Specialty Deposit Services and reports directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of East West Bank. He has proven experience in managing fiduciary deposits across a broad spectrum of clients, including those under the oversight of State and Federal governments, United States Department of Justice and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He is a member of the bank’s Commercial Bank Leadership Team and Senior Operating Committee.
Victor formed the East West Bank Specialty Deposits department in 2011 bringing together a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals that provide a private banking level of service to fiduciaries nationwide.
Victor formally managed similar fiduciary deposit and treasury management relationships with Union Bank and Bank of America.
